With its own entrance and beautiful north facing gardens you will find this this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment gives you all you could need for your Sydney staycation.
With Sydney Harbour on your doorstep and the village of Mosman a walk away The Mosman Cottage will give you all you can want to access any part of the Sydney lifestyle you desire.

The Space
Welcomed by your own front entrance and north facing garden you will enter by key code into a central hallway with 2 bedrooms on the right and living, kitchen, dining on the left.

The 2 bedroom space provides for up to 6 people at maximum with Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and Bedroom 2 - Double bed, Single bed and a room out single. The glamours bathroom has 2 basins and a massive bath.

Location
The Mosman Cottage sits between Mosman and Cremorne Villages. We are close to the Sydney Harbour Ferry and buses which are 7 mins to Sydney city. Balmoral Beach is 5min drive away and any style restaurant you care to name minutes from our door. We even have a Cinema at the end of our street.

Mosman has it all, the history, its beauty and access to anything Sydney has to offer. Whether it's the movies, the beach, a fine dinner out, or a day at the zoo, this property places all kinds of entertainment at your fingertips. Catch a bus into the city, or enjoy a slow and scenic ferry ride across Sydney Harbour.

Conveniently located near Restaurants of any cuisine that takes your fancy, you can find within a 5 minute walk in this location. Shops, cafes, restaurants and even a cinema is at your fingertips....PLUS the Beautiful Balmoral Beach, Sydney Zoo, Harbour Ferries and Busses.

Busses going to any location North and South 5 min walk from the home. And then there is always Uber!
Parking is available on the street.

Parking is easy in our quiet street outside our house and anywhere in Mosman.
Mosman Village is 5 min walk and is Cremorne Village.
Catch the ferry 7 mins walk to Sydney Harbour or ride the express City bus 5 min walk and 7 min ride to Sydney City. All very easy from the Mosman Cottage.

There is CCTV at the front door, just for safety and security purposes.
