Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo in the heart of Kapaa, Kauai! Perfectly located for exploring the island, this cozy retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a private lanai to enjoy the tropical breeze. Just minutes from beaches, shops, and dining, youâll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Whether youâre soaking up the sun or adventuring around the island, our condo is the perfect home base for your Kauai vacation!
The condo is set up and perfect for two guest but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with the provided rollout bed and air mattress. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. With a full kitchen at your disposal you have the option to cook (or not)! There are several BBQâs with picnic tables on the property.
Relax and enjoy the entire condo.

This charming, updated home offers a relaxing retreat with fresh dĂ©cor and new furnishingsâsome may differ from the photos, but rest assured, the comfort remains the same.
**Important Notes:**
- **No Smoking:** The entire unit, including the lanai, is smoke-free. A designated smoking area with a bench is available in the parking lot.
- **Island Wildlife:** Kauai is a paradise not just for humans, but for chickens, roosters, and geckos as well! These friendly creatures play a role in keeping the islandâs ecosystem balanced.
- **Native Insects:** As part of the islandâs lush, tropical climate, native insects are occasionally present. While we take great care with pest prevention, itâs always possible to encounter them during your stay.

Hawaii and Kauai County Tax Information:
* General Excise Tax (GET): 4.712% (applies to all rentals)
* Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT): 10.25% (applies to stays of less than 180 days)
* Kauai County Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT): 3% (applies to stays of less than 180 days)
These taxes will be added to your total booking cost. The total tax amount will be included in the final price when you book.
