New listing 2025 It’s located on the 2nd floor (requires 1 flight of stairs) of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Both bedrooms have a King bed. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Amazing place with a Great Location

We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach. The destination is fabulous but the most important part is where you stay. Our villa was clean, spacious, well decorated and located perfectly in comparison to the beach. Family friendly, communication was fantastic. We went with a larger group that stayed in the Kingston plantation and needless to say, we were the only ones with such a great, CLEAN place to stay.

Quiet Retreat Welcome Home!

This 2-bedroom condo is clean, quiet and so welcoming that it felt like home. It was easy to keep up with and allowed for our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to have their own space as well. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make fun and delicious meals and yet, isn't pretentious. Washer and dryer are easy to use and we used them every day because we went to the beach EVERY DAY! It literally is less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and it's a clear, easy to handle walk. I got up every morning and walked there with my coffee before everyone else got up. It's a very quiet neighborhood and that's what we wanted. Not looking for a loud partying area. The back balcony is an extra bonus, and we sat out there after dinner and enjoyed ice cream or desserts. We also had a nightly Yahtzee challenge and played around the dining room table. We used all of the space and loved the entire home. I can't recommend this place enough! The management team was wonderful to work with and helped us out with a personal situation when they didn't have to and we were so grateful for their support. You can rent this location with zero hesitations. I would give it 10 tens stars if that was an option!

Our villa is centrally located close to the beach that we enjoy walking on, beautiful pools we love spending time in, and the priceless views with both the Atlantic Ocean and the lake from our condo. This truly is everything South Carolina has to offer right outside our doors.
