The apartment is stunning and extremely clean. The five star amenities (such as pool access) are amazing. The hosts have the apartment stocked with everything you need and provide great instructions. We loved the apartment and hope to return in the future.

Just a wonderful stay! The owners were as gracious and welcoming as you could be. They helped make our stay special as we braved the winter storm of 2026. The unit is private and brand new and has everything that you would need for your stay in Davison. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The over-the-garage apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and cozy.The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic amenities and made our stay even more relaxing. This was our favorite place we stayed at on our trip! It was the perfect spot.. new, beautifully furnished, great neighborhood close to town. Our kids loved their amazing pool!! The host was super nice and accommodating. All the little details did not go unnoticed.

Awesome apartment Great hosts

Apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. You can find everything you need. It’s private and as described walking distance to the Main Street as well as Davidson College. There’s also a bbq. Biggest bonus is the awesome pool. Highly recommend this listing.

The Best VRBO Stay!

The neighborhood, the apartment, the location, amenities are all top notch. We typically stay in VRBOs vs hotels and this is our best find yet! The apartment is beautiful with everything you would need provided. It is very clean. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and easy. This is one I’d like to gate keep it’s so good!! We will be back and hopefully be able to enjoy the gorgeous pool next time.

Our home and it's penthouse garage apartment have been our passion and joy over the past couple years as we brought this vision together, with a modern farmhouse meets coastal California vibe.

We are happy to present a space that couples comfort with elegance and privacy with convenience. Your oasis awaits, and we are very walkably just 3 blocks from the college and 4 blocks from downtown.
