Charming Home in Lodi
Welcome to our lovely home built in 2018! The amazing place to gather with your friends and family. The home is at the center of new development in Southeast Lodi within a 5-10 minute drive to local wineries, Wine & Roses, Lodi Lake, Downtown, Lodi Memorial Hospital, restaurants (Wingstop, Chipotle, McDonald's, West Coast Sourdough, etc.) & stores (5 min walking distance to Costco, Sprouts, Dick's Sporting Goods, etc.). This stunning house has an open floor plan that is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty space to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.
Other things to note
NOISE ORDINANCE:
We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. Music is not allowed in the backyard. âą Please refrain from making noise after 9PM - 7AM
OTHER:
We have one exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. One monitors the front
PETS:
No pets are allowed.
HOUSE RULES:
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 7 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
Please always supervise your children.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events.
Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home for everyone to enjoy.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
No smoking & no illegal substances are allowed on the premises at all times.
There will be a charge of $100 per unregistered guest/night or we have the right to refuse occupancy without a refund.
There will be a charge of $50 for late checkout. Please notify host 24hrs in advance.
QUIET HOURS: Neighborhood quiet time is from 9 pm - 7 am.
Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans, AC/ heater when not in use and after your stay.
Please do your dishes. Do not leave any food in the sink, please remove them to the trash can.
Please rinse leftover food from the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
Please do not flush tampons, baby wipes, or napkins down the toilet.
Do not block driveways or park in front of neighboring homes.
Keep the AC/heater setting at a reasonable temperature and turn it off when not in use and after your stay.
Please launder and dry the provided towels if needed.
There are no outside fires at all times.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable items during your stay.
**By booking the house, you and your guests agree to follow the house rules.
Please keep the house in the same condition as you found it. Failure to observe any of the House Rules above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 2pm for an additional $50 each request. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.
