The apartment has two charming bedrooms designed for a great night’s rest:
Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunk bed + Twin trundle (3 beds total)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin-over-Twin bunk bed + crib (3 beds + crib)

(Each bedroom comes with a window AC unit to keep you cool in summer and cozy radiators that provide warmth in winter. Both rooms have their own Smart TV, mirrors, and storage space (closets with hangers plus a luggage rack). We’ve outfitted the windows with blackout curtains to help everyone sleep in comfort – great for jet-lag recovery or little ones’ nap time.)

Our updated bathroom features a sleek standing shower with excellent water pressure and new fixtures. We’ve stocked it with hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and provide plenty of soft towels for your group. A hairdryer is available as well. While this unit doesn’t have private outdoor space, you are welcome to enjoy our shared backyard just behind the house. It’s a quiet, fenced area that features a charcoal BBQ grill and an outdoor seating area with tables and chairs. In the evenings, ambient string lighting makes it a nice spot to relax. (The backyard is shared with two other units in the building, so you might meet other friends during your stay.)


🚗 Parking Information
Please note: No dedicated on-site parking comes with this unit. However, we’re on a residential street with plenty of free street parking available. Guests often find parking right in front of the house or within the block. Additionally, there’s a Bayonne municipal parking lot (Lot 14) a short walk away, which is convenient if you have multiple vehicles or prefer covered parking. We’ll provide detailed parking tips and the lot address upon booking to make your arrival smooth.

Our apartment is centrally located in a safe, walkable Bayonne neighborhood. You’ll find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within a few blocks. Hop on the Light Rail and you can be in downtown Jersey City or Hoboken in 20–30 minutes to explore even more dining and nightlife options. By car, we’re ~15 minutes from Newark Airport (EWR), and ~20 minutes from attractions like Liberty State Park (catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty) and the expansive American Dream Mall. It’s the perfect home base for exploring NYC and North Jersey while enjoying a peaceful suburban vibe.

No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.

No parties or events. Maximum 5 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.

No pets.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Parking: Free street parking available in front of building DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.

By accepting this reservation, you agree to complete the Guest Information Form during check-in as required by local authorities.
