Cette unité est multipropriété station, par la politique, le numéro d'unité flottante. Je ne sais pas exactement unité est attribuée jusqu'à l'arrivée, mais la vue est garanti par réservation.
Tous 1 chambre unité mise en page sera la même intérieur. Photos reflètent l'aspect intérieur actuel. Vue du balcon est juste échantillon de différentes catégories, souvent pas les mêmes. Calendrier de disponibilité sur liste ne concerne pas les réserves ou la disponibilité.
Les réservations sont traitées par Diamond Resorts, donc la disponibilité doit s'enquérir de leur part.
Tous les clients doivent payer la taxe d’impôt HI au complexe au moment du départ, environ 11 dollars par jour.

We had a great stay! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ice maker in our place didn’t work but the bar was nice enough to give us a bag when needed.

the pool is gorgeous, the view from the cliff is gorgeous and the bartenders at the pool were awesome. Check in was great and the workers super nice.

We've been coming here since the early 2000s, but it's been a while. It's always been great, but recent improvements are significant. Newer "Hilton" style updates have been made in many buildings, though even the older units are still in great condition. The pool and facilities still have that relaxed, laid-back vibe, and all the staff are super kind with lots of ALOHA! Walking distance to Poipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach, etc. Don't miss the south shore hikes along the lithified cliffs and the fabulous snorkeling at Poipu Beach!A huge plus is that you're right next door to the Grand Hyatt with its Koi feeding, macaws, luau, and cultural programs. For those who like shopping, Poipu and Koloa have added TONS of shops in recent years. It's busy for sure, but it's where the sun almost always shines!We were also interested to see how the timeshare presentations changed from Diamond Resort days to the Hilton program. The concierges are super respectful and won't push you into a presentation. But the salespeople themselves - WAY more pushy! Just be prepared to say "no" a million times, and "absolutely not" a thousand more. Our guy even bullied us to apply for a credit card so we could buy the timeshare! No matter what they say, you can buy anything they're trying to sell cheaper on the secondary market.All in all, WE WILL KEEP COMING BACK! This is the place where our family fell in love with Hawaii. The Point at Poipu is truly a special gem with lots of aloha and island charm.

the bartenders at the pool bar were second to none. Amazing how fast they worked with the crowd and sooooo friendly. We had a great time there. Beautiful resort. We will be back.

We really appreciated the check in personnel. I wish I could remember her name. We had to rush to get to a wedding rehearsal and our room was not ready yet. They kept our luggage and put it in our room while we were gone. Our room was a disappointment though. It’s badly needs remodeling. The carpet felt moist and musty. A change to tile would probably benefit it. I don’t know if all of the rooms are like this or if it’s just the ones under this ownership.

Best of Maui

Great location and love the resort just wish I would have paid attention to the view. I did get ocean view for first week and then had to change rooms for scenic. Next time I’ll book ocean view👍

Great location. On the beach, beautiful property. Large pool. Short walk to supermarket and short ride to Lanai. Only negative is property needs updating. Not bad tho

Wonderful stay in Maui

Loved staying on the beautiful grounds of Kaanapali Beach Club. Room was very clean with well stocked kitchenette. “Scenic view” was not at all scenic, so we didn’t much get to enjoy the quaint balcony. Also, listing had check in and check out times listed incorrectly. Room is guaranteed to be ready by 4pm (not 3) and check out is at 10am (not 11). That alone wouldn’t have been a deal breaker, but it would’ve been much nicer knowing in advance. Also, this place doesn’t have ideal beach access, so plan on finding another beach to spend your day if that’s your thing. Would stay again and bring the kiddos next time…very family friendly.

Great place in Maui

This property was so nice, the room was large, clean and enviting. The staff was friendly. Convenient restaurants located right on site. I'm not sure if it's year round our just the time of year we were there, but there really isn't a beach. If you're a beach person I would say at least in April at this property would not be the best. We however are not beachgoers and enjoyed the pool area. We never had a problem finding a seat or chaise lounge. However, the large rock at the pool did block your view from seeing the ocean in certain seats. We would definitely return to this property and rent this particular unit again. Thank you for sharing your piece of the island.

Vacation

Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. We hit some rough patches when we arrived and found out that we weren’t booked in the deluxe ocean view room as we had requested and thought we had booked the whole time leading up to our trip. Van was persistent on the fact that we only booked the regular ocean view, when in fact all of our emails to her said deluxe. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort if you have older kids or for an adults only vacation. We had our 23 month old and it made it a little challenging with no grass area to run around on and the beach was under construction so we weren’t able to relax on the beach and had to find other beaches to go. Which packing up a little one and walking a mile to, was not the easiest. As far as the room, I love how spacious they are and absolutely love the huge bathrooms! We had a great two weeks here at Ka‘anapali Beach club after we got over our initial issue with the room confusion.

Great property!

Loved our stay here! I'm not an owner but booked through VRBO. It's now a Hilton Grand Vacations property so I saw a few people getting a timeshare presentation. We stayed in two different suites while here and our second one was amazing! The rooms are really spacious and the bathrooms are HUGE! But I don't understand why there are sliding doors to the closet in between the bathroom and bedroom. Just weird. Maybe it's to make it conventions to put your clothes on/away while your in the bathroom? There's a nice kitchenette with everything you need except a stove. The location is convenient to many things. There's restaurants, a food truck park, and a great market (Times market) down the street. I loved the pool (although the water slide never seemed open) and the direct access to the beach. Amenities were great: free use of washer & dryer, good sized gym, activities center, good cafe and bar, and live entertainment. Staff here is friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Lincy who went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. Parking spaces are tight and if it makes you nervous, do what I did and park on the second level where spaces are abundant!

Terrific Maui Vacation for Family of Four

We are a family of four from Portland, Oregon (kids are aged 6 and 8). We had an incredible time at Kaanapali Beach Club and the owner T. Phan was easy to work with any time we had a question. The owner even offered to refund us after reading some negative reviews on-line, but we are super glad we didn't do that! We completely disagree with any negative review out there. First off here are the highlights: 1. Incredible facility: Koi ponds and waterfalls, glass elevators (kids loved the exterior ones), the pool was our favorite each afternoon/evening after mornings exploring local beaches, and the room was perfectly sized and comfortable. The snack bar had delicious smoothies and the pool towel service was awesome! 2. The service: We had a room we weren't fond of and they switched us next day. The valets and housekeeping were responsive. They go above and beyond at this location. 3. The activities: We did the time-share sales (and said no) but were able to book a luau and cruise for a discount in exchange. The cruise was amazing and the luau was on site and perfect for kids. They have a mini-golf course and much more to enjoy. My kids loved the waterfall pool and the water-slide. We even swam on the beach out front and a huge turtle came right by us to our amazement. Basically we made great friends there and used this impressive location to enrich our children's lives. Our kids can now say they've seen dolphins swim around our boat, they've snorkeled with turtles and a shark, they've swam in tropical waterfalls, drank straight from coconuts, boogy-boarded the Pacific, and so much more. We had a great vacation and feel like the K.B.C. was a great place to stay and major contribution to that sentiment. We would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very easy to rent and the host was very quick to answer any questions I had during the renting process. We loved our stay right on the beach at a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Booking and communication beforehand was great. Check-in was easy. Room was fabulous! I had a wraparound balcony and could watch whales breaching. It was quiet. Pool was great and not crowded, though poolside chaise lounges were sometimes difficult to find. The bar was poolside with great drinks and view. No seated dining because of COVID, but the food you could pick up was good, no wait, prices not bad. Loved their smoothies. Other guests were polite and friendly. A/C in room was quiet and worked well. Bed was very nice. Sofa and chairs in living room were good quality and comfortable, which is often not the case. There is a food truck park across the street, so your dinner choices expand to include Mexican, Thai, Seafood, BBQ, and a few others. I did not want to leave, and I plan to return to the same property!
