DURING WINTER MONTHS - snow or ice may slide off the metal roof. To help prevent possible vehicle damage, please avoid parking directly next to the house and park a safe distance away during snowy or icy conditions.

Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
