DETAILS: Life is worry-free at Three Little Birds, an inviting 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Seacrest Beach home. Comfortably accommodating 16 guests, this 3-level home is perfect for sunny days by the private pool or adventures on the sugar-soft beach—only a short walk or tram ride away.

Ivory wainscotting and blonde wood floors harmonize with laid-back coastal touches inside the open great room. Culinary-inclined guests will enjoy crafting meals in the beautiful kitchen, featuring LG appliances, while chatting with friends and family at the 4-stool breakfast bar or dining table for 8. After a day in the sun, relax on the 2 couches and armchair in the living area. There’s a 75” Smart TV for entertainment and in-home speakers for playing music. Out the double-glass doors, find a covered balcony overlooking the pool, with a grill to the side and bar seating along the railing. Head down a short flight of stairs to cool off with a swim or kick back on the poolside loungers and chairs. When it’s time to turn in, guests can retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV on this level.

Take the stairs to the second level for additional sleeping accommodations, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and 2 bunk rooms—all feature a Smart TV and private bathroom. With unique configurations, the first bunk room has 1 twin-over-twin-over-twin bed, while the second has 1 twin-over-twin-over-twin bed and 1 full-over-twin-over-queen bed. Both bunk rooms have access to a balcony.

On the top floor, a wet bar and furnished balcony invite guests to enjoy the vibrant coastal sunset with a chilled drink. As the only bedroom on this level, a primary bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV offers extra privacy.

*Community Curfew: Individuals under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21 to be out within the community from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.

*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
