This spacious 3 bedroom condo is designed with comfort and style in mind.

Guests have full access to the entire property and as part of the Cathedral Canyon Country Club, you'll enjoy easy access to community amenities, including the pool, tennis courts.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Noise Policy:
Quiet time is 10 PM. Additionally, parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house.

Check-In/Out:
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to approval.

No Smoking Indoors:
A $1,000 fee applies for any violation of our no-smoking policy inside the house.

Mailbox Access:
We do not have access to the property’s mailbox.

Required Documents:
For security purposes, guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement through VRBO before check-in.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
