Awesome stay!

This is a great property, it was clean, great location close to the main pool. Rooms are a good size and it had everything we needed. Will be staying again in the future.

USF Spring Break

As advertised with great location. Management Company was very responsive. Didn’t like having to provide photo of drivers license as part of reservation. Pool heater could probably be turned down- felt more like a hot tub.

Maintainence Issue

Upon arrival I notified the staff of some issues at the property. I was given 24 hrs and we were there for four days the issue never got resolved. So stay at this property if you don’t care about the amenities in the house and would love to have a roof over your head. Extremely disappointed with the property management.

Beautiful and comfortable house with a nice swimming pool and very good location to go to theme park

Very easy transaction checking in and checking out location was easy to fine and very assessable to everything I will stay in this area again

Great stay

Our family of 10 had a great week. Lots of room to spread out. Nice for a varied ages. Near big pool. Enjoyed our own pool too. One night we had loud neighbors late, but security took care of it quickly. Would recommend to others.

Excellent 2 family vacation stay

Excellent place to stay. Clean nice rooms Pool was perfect for the kids. Location awesome Neighbors were very loud until early morning was the only issue we had. Nothing we could do about that

Worst property management group ever

Arrived after midnight to a house that had not been cleaned. Initially we thought they had just missed stuff but the house had not been cleaned at all. We had piles of towels on the floor in the laundry room, hair in the sink, 4 of the 5 bathrooms were dirty, shampoo bottles in the showers. We went to the property management office the following morning. No empathy at all, we were told she put it in for an asap cleaning and it “should be done today”. I was told to email her pictures. I sent two emails and no response. Also, the description of the property says there is an air hockey table, this was one of the reasons we chose this place- there is not an air hockey table.

Miscommunication

The house was fine. Not as shiny new as seen in the pictures. We had plenty of room; the company maintaining this property has horrid communication. We never received the email to their hokey check in & then they never responded to our requests submitted through VRBO. Nice house; the outside area needed to be cleaner by my standards. The air hockey table was also broken. Nice house; not perfect.

My Review May 2017

My husband and I loved this Villa and would have no hesitation in recommending it. We stay in May 2017 for two weeks and everything described about the Villa on the homeAway site was correct. The villa is in a fantastic gated vacation rental community which has a clubhouse, Bar & lounge, market & deli, etc. with great facilities and lazy river. It is without doubt a luxurious vacation home near to Disney parks, attractions and shopping outlets. We would stay there again. Trevor & Eileen Greenfield
