Welcome to this spacious and inviting multilevel condo, a perfect mountain retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Ideal for families or groups, the condo offers a variety of sleeping arrangements including a queen bed, a twin bed, a twin bunk, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living area designed for both comfort and convenience. The living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows that flood the space with natural sunlight, and a cozy gas fireplace beneath a flat-screen TV—creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The queen sleeper sofa offers additional seating or sleeping space, ensuring everyone has a place to relax.

The full kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4, ideal for casual meals or a quick snack before hitting the slopes. The dining area seats up to 6 for more formal meals. The main floor also features a bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a workspace perfect for those needing to work remotely or catch up on emails during their stay. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

Upstairs, you'll find an expansive second bedroom that serves as the ultimate kids' room or multi-purpose space. It includes a twin bed, twin bunk, and a queen Murphy bed, along with an en suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Our family of six fit perfectly. We loved the pool and hot tub. Very quiet little place. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great , cozy place . Will definitely recommend. Two small things I didn't liked , one was the extra charge for a playpen ( 10 a day ) , most places I've been before . They have it for free. And the fact that they onky have a very limited amount of garbage bags ( I think they were only 2 including the one in the bin ) for a 7 person group. And the toilet paper was also very limited. But that's not a deal breaker. Everything else was nice , location , setup and layout of the house .

Great condo, great location. Terrible property management

Very unresponsive property management. I had to chat via vrbo multiple times, they didn't respond until the day I was going to arrive after I called and left a voicemail at the property management (they never returned my call and said I should have texted when they responded). I had multiple questions unanswered and they were not friendly. The internet didn't work and I didn't even try to text at that point - I highly doubt they would have cared and it wasn't worth the time. Condo is lovely, I recommend you stay for at least 2 nights to make it worth it (and hope that you don't need anything from Summit County Mountain Retreat management).

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
