This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is perfect for families or groups, offering plenty of space and comfort with sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. With a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk, and a double sleep sofa, everyone has a cozy spot to rest. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from both Lakeside Village and the Keystone Conference Center, and a quick 5-minute drive to River Run Village, this condo is a year-round base for adventure—whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or mountain biking during the summer.

The main level is an open, welcoming space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a dining area that comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The cozy living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day outdoors, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Step outside onto the private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, to enjoy breathtaking mountain views while you relax in the fresh alpine air. Everything was great , cozy place . Will definitely recommend. Two small things I didn't liked , one was the extra charge for a playpen ( 10 a day ) , most places I've been before . They have it for free. And the fact that they onky have a very limited amount of garbage bags ( I think they were only 2 including the one in the bin ) for a 7 person group. And the toilet paper was also very limited. But that's not a deal breaker. Everything else was nice , location , setup and layout of the house .

Thank you for your feedback. Some individual homeowners choose to have pack n plays already in the unit, however this property did not already have one stocked. It is for these situations that our office carries these available for rent. For paper products, we do only stock an initial amount, but guests are always welcome to stop by our office for more at any point during their stay.

Great condo, great location. Terrible property management

Very unresponsive property management. I had to chat via vrbo multiple times, they didn't respond until the day I was going to arrive after I called and left a voicemail at the property management (they never returned my call and said I should have texted when they responded). I had multiple questions unanswered and they were not friendly. The internet didn't work and I didn't even try to text at that point - I highly doubt they would have cared and it wasn't worth the time. Condo is lovely, I recommend you stay for at least 2 nights to make it worth it (and hope that you don't need anything from Summit County Mountain Retreat management).

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
