Discover the magic of Grand Lake at Lemmon Lodge #4, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex in the heart of the historic Lemmon Lodge community with direct access to Grand Lake.
As you step inside, youâll feel at home in the cozy main level. The living area is equipped for comfort, with a gas fireplace, plush seating for four, and a smart TV with Roku for endless entertainment. The open kitchen, complete with all the essentials, is ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or planning your dayâs adventures. There is convenient half-bathroom on this level and just off the living room, a cozy front porch with seating is a serene spot to sip your morning coffee or bask in the fresh mountain air. A convenient half bathroom off of the kitchen rounds out the main floor.
Upstairs, youâll find two inviting bedrooms designed for restful nights. The main bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two full beds and its own smart TV, providing plenty of room for everyone. In the adjoining hallway a full bathroom with a
combination shower/tub serves both bedrooms, ensuring all the comforts of home.
This home just a short stroll through Lemmon Lodges private beautiful community area that includes a community firepit and horseshoes with direct access to the waters of Grand Lake, the North Inlet River for some of the best fishing around and an exclusive private sandy beach and boat docks! Available only to Lemmon Lodge paying guests and owners. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Grand Lake!

- No Parties or Events
- No fishing off the boat docks (HOA Policy)
- Grill at home at this *charcoal* is subject to fire bans
- Boat slips are available for rent through Lemmon Lodge management (reservation required and not guaranteed). Fishing off the docks is not allowed.
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
