Welcome to our tranquil 2-bedr, 2 full bath condo in downtown AVL. Perfect for two couples or a small family, each bedroom has a king-size bed plus full bathroom. Enjoy mountain views from the living room, cook in our gourmet kitchen, relax in front of the big-screen TV, or warm up for the night with our shuffleboard and café style arcade table. Feel safe in the access controlled building with dedicated parking spot right out the back door. Book now for a stylish and serene Asheville experience!

The unit is a 3rd floor unit that is higher than the adjacent building allowing for nice western sunset and mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms each with a King sized bed and full bathroom, with a walkin closet in the first bedroom. There is an additional couch in the living room that can be comfortably slept on. We have TWO spaces of reserved parking included.

Guests have full use of the 2BR 2BA condo including fully stocked kitchen. Guests will have access to the garage ONLY for loading or unloading, with a 2 reserved parking spaces just outside.

The unit was previously rented by an agency in town. There were 67 reviews with an average of 4.97 and no ratings below 4-stars.

The living room couch is a pull out as well, but doesn't quite lay flat.

Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. The place was great, a few feet from everything Asheville has to offer and easy to get out and go hiking from. Good amenities, clean and well stocked! Was perfect for us to hang out and act as a hub for our time in Asheville.

Location, location, location! This gem is in the heart of Asheville & comes with two conveniently located parking spaces. The unit is thoughtfully decorated & the kitchen is well stocked although with so many restaurants within walking distance you won't need it.

Perfect location for a week in Asheville

The location is perfect if you want to explore downtown Asheville, especially if you like to walk. Tons of great restaurant options, coffee shops, record stores, eclectic shopping in walking distance. Our girls love vintage thrift stores and we all love record stores, there were more places than we could visit. And you're a longer walk or short car ride from most of the local breweries.The parking spaces behind the condo was very convenient and made it really easy to come and go when we needed to use a car.The condo itself has an expansive view of the city rooftops, blue sky and some mountain range tops. The living spaces were comfortable, great for watching movies, doing a puzzle, playing cards. The shuffleboard game and the 1980s two-player arcade game also added to the fun of the stay.Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very well outfitted. Comfortable beds.Overall, it was well worth the price and we would definitely stay there again.

Great downtown stay with parking for 2 cars

We had a fantastic time exploring downtown Asheville, hiking, and enjoying a spa day. The condo with 2 king beds was perfect. . It was very quiet and sleeping there was top notch. The security made us feel super safe- a few codes to get in but totally manageable. 2 parking spots in the lot were very nice for our group traveling separately. I would definitely stay here again. It couldn’t be better!

Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo in a great downtown Asheville location. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. This is my new favorite place to stay in Asheville!
