L'unité est joliment décorée et comprend un salon ouvert de deux chambres et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Les planchers de bois franc et les hauts plafonds représentent le charme que vous éprouverez à Asheville mais avec des améliorations et des commodités modernes.

Les draps sont fournis pour les lits confortables king size et queen size et dans les 2 salles de bain complÚtes. Une buanderie est située à l'intérieur du bùtiment.

The location is amazing! Great for adults who want to be in the thick of it all. The street below can be noisy for the bedroom facing the street, but the white noise machines they provided helped. Rick welcomed us personally and was a great communicator. The free parking is great and very secure, but is too tight for larger vehicles (my Telluride fit, but was a little tricky) . The place had everything we could need or want (well, except a cookie sheet but we figured it out :))

Amazing Stay!

Me and my girlfriends had an incredible stay at this property. It was SPOTLESS and very clean! We can’t wait to visit Asheville again! Ray was such a pleasure to work with!

A Location

This was an excellent location—right in the middle of everything. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in until we left. Walked to great restaurants, breweries, shops, art galleries, and museums.The apartment was very clean, quiet, and had a nice shared space. Bedrooms were comfortable and just what we needed. Communication with the host was easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location in downtown Asheville

Once we parked my truck we never got back in it until it was time to leave. This is a perfect location in downtown and you can walk to pretty much anywhere.

Great property located in the heart of Asheville. We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful apartment that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. This place is the perfect location with a bodega across the street a bakery next door and everything else just a short stroll away.

A handsome and exciting place to stay.

Located in the downtown of Asheville, one will definitely hear the noise and bustle of all the activity. Yet the property is conveniently near many terrific restaurants, shops, etc., that make it a wonderful destination. It’s beautifully decorated. We appreciated the off-street parking. Highly recommended!

St. Patrick's Day Get-away

Enjoyed our time in downtown Asheville for the holiday weekend. This VRBO is conveniently located to shops, eateries & pubs:*) Our check-in with Rich was pleasant, easy & he was very informative. The accommodations are just as described in their listing & the free parking space is a plus! If you don't mind stairs, this location is for you.

Excellent location, right in heart of city & around the corner from my son’s wedding reception. Fun shops & gluten-free good right outside front door. Everything we needed was there & happy to have a washer & dryer for the week we were there.

Perfect Stay for "Wiser" College Reunion!

Two alumni friends shared this one beautiful apartment (2BR/2BA) for a lovely three nights. Rick and everyone associated with the apartment rental and hosting were wonderful. Clean, clean, clean. Perfect location. Easy drive to the Blue Ridge Highway for a day hike. Can't recommend enough! 10 stars!

Location cannot be beat if you want to experience downtown Asheville. Host is incredible and super nice. Private enclosed parking spot which is a rare premium in downtown. The finishes are great inside the unit with lots of room to spread out after a fun day / evening. Thanks Ray for your hospitality and accommodations. Will definitely be back!

Best experience with VRBO to date!!!

Wonderful space and magical location! Super clean, everything we needed. Rick was so helpful and friendly. Private parking- total game changer. Walking distance to all the restaurants & bars. Won’t even mention the bakery next door that makes authentic croissants & pastries. We will be back!

Clean and convenient location

This property is very clean and located centrally (walking distance) to all of the main broadway street. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here during hurricane Helene! The city was without power and water as well as all roads closed for a few days in and out of Asheville. Our host checked on us daily and shared food and water. He was very gracious and thoughtful! We will return to Asheville and hopefully this property in the future but will heed weather forecasts prior!!

Perfect location if you don't mind a little street noise

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for a two-bedroom. The property owners were great and you can't beat off-street parking in downtown Asheville. The only "warning" is our unit faced the street and it's a party town so a bit noisy most nights. They do have ambient sound machines in the bedrooms to help.

Asheville on St. Patrick's

Our apartment was right downtown. We picked it so we could park and walk. And we did! We could walk downstairs and have a coffee at Old Europe, we walked to dinner, we shopped and enjoyed the convenience of being right downtown. Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy (Asheville likes to party from the sounds of it) but each bedroom has a sound machine to offset the noise. Our check in was great! Thanks for the assistance and communication!

The apartment is beautiful. Very clean, nicely decorated, cosy, good beds. Having a individual parkingspace is really convenient. We were warmly greeted by Rick. There is only one big minus: the noise from the street, especially on friday and saturday evening. Asheville is a vivid town with a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Unfortunataly people make a lot of noise. So join them, or bring earplugs, or book the apartment of the same owner at the backside of the building.

Perfect Downtown Asheville Location

This 2 BR apt/condo right in the middle of downtown Asheville was perfect!!! The pics were spot on. The location provides easy access to all the downtown shops, restaurants, and breweries, and having a garage parking space for our rental was an added bonus. Rick met us in front as soon as we arrived and got is into the space without any hassles. Within 20 minutes of arrival, we were off to enjoy all Asheville has to offer - including a Friday afternoon Drum Circle just a few blocks away! I would definitely recommend the Beer Garden at Wicked Weed Brewery, and the amazing food at Curate and Ito Ramen and Tapas!! And do not miss the pastries at the Europe bakery right next door to the unit!!! Yum!!! We look forward to our next trip to Asheville!

BEWARE of renting this condo!!!

I had booked this for my daughters 40th birthday with my sister as well. 2 weeks before the trip my sister was in a very bad accident resulting in multiple surgeries and needing care x a few weeks. I contacted owner to move our long weekend to another date and he refused. I reached out to VRBO and they were so kind and stated they were very surprised he would not accommodate a medical emergency. They called him themselves to try to get him to let us switch our reservations to another weekend and he refused. Subsequently we lost the whole amount including cleaning fees! In addition the insurance was not offered when renting this condo. I always purchase the insurance but simply was not offered. Vrbo stated it must have been a glitch in the app that insurance was not offered. We were not requesting a refund, simply to switch dates. We cannot recommend renting this condo. Please Beware of this renter.

Great location! Great rental! Kinda noisy.

Excellent location in the heart of restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend if you are looking for centralized location. Easy check in. On site one car covered parking, the spot is pretty tight and a steep incline into the spot. Entire unit was pleasantly updated, very clean and nice. Wonderful to have a hall bathroom with an extra shower! With four people it was great to have two showers. Washer and dryer are in a common hallway for all units to access. Super comfortable couch. Big windows that open to the street. Drawbacks. No extra mirrors in the common areas. A group of ladies appreciate extra mirrors when all the bathrooms are occupied! No iron. Parking would have been a huge challenge without a good driver, car bottomed out every time we pulled in or out even when taking a good angle going slow. An extra set of towels or at least hand towels and wash clothes since we stayed four nights. Bring your soaps, one small soap and shampoo per bathroom provided. Only a drip coffee machine. Noisy with emergency vehicles. Fire house is close by so sirens pretty late into the night. Fine if you are out or up until midnight. Expect to be woken a time or two after midnight. Urban is clearly stated in the description, but this is beyond street and people noise. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Excellent location and rental! Coffee shop downstairs is delicious and open late! Grocery a couple blocks down the street! Friendly hosts!

The apartment is located right in the middle of everything, the location is perfect. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we had a great time. The apartment is right on the main road which can be very loud at times. The host has placed noise machines in the bedrooms to offset the street noise. The noise didn't bother us but if you're from a quiet area you may not be able to sleep. Despite the noise, I do recommend this apartment to those that are looking to be right in the middle of everything fun to do in Asheville!
