L'unité est joliment décorée et fournit avec vous un salon ouvert de deux chambres à coucher et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Les planchers de bois franc et les hauts plafonds représentent le charme que vous éprouverez à Asheville, mais avec des améliorations et des commodités modernes.

Les draps sont fournis pour les lits king size et queen size confortables et dans les salles de bain complÚtes et privatives. Une buanderie est située à l'intérieur du bùtiment.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was within walking distance of several places we visited. Rick, the building manager, was fantastic to deal with. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect spot in the middle of Asheville! We parked and did not drive once for the four nights we were visiting. Condo is in perfect condition and the communication was excellent. This is our first choice when we head back to Asheville!

The place was very clean and check in process was easy. Ray was very accommodating. It was a good location for everything we were in town for the weekend. Could walk to most places. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

The location is great and having a parking spot in garage was very nice to have even though you can walk out the front door and enjoy the fun city of Asheville.

Excellent location!

Really perfect place for my wife and me
and we will be back with other family members. Fantastic to have an inside parking spot in the middle of downtown. We walked all over from there. Old Europe coffee and pastries next door was a great way to start the day!

Marathon weekend was a success

This property was wonderful, and very close to the starting location for the Asheville Marathon. We were also within walking distance to various restaurants. The hosts were pleasant and prompt in replies. My family and I highly recommend this property.

Convenient location

Very nice accommodations that worked well for a girls group of four exploring Asheville. Clean, nice bedding and great location! Our only complaint was one evening there were kids skate boarding in the alley for a good portion of the night which was disruptive for the bedroom that faces the alley.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. Rick, the manager of the property, was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. The apartment was so nice with great beds and linens. And-this is rare for a vacation rental-the living room furniture was comfortable. You can walk right out the front door and into downtown Asheville. You can walk to all the amazing eateries and breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Asheville

This property is centrally located in Asheville. Three friends rented for the weekend. We were able to leave the car parked in the garage and walk to everything. The unit is in a secure building. It was clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic location with parking and helpful hosts

The apartment is in a fantastic location in downtown Asheville. Can walk to tons of bars, restaurants and shops, being able to walk downstairs to get coffee and pastries from Old Europe every morning. The secure, designated parking spot enabled us to go in and out each day for outdoor activities without worry. Checking in was easy with Rick, and he showed us how to get in and out of the garage and the apartment features. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and pointed us in the right direction for an outdoor music concert that night. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be downtown, especially if you have a car.

Perfect place and location!

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 couples and it was the perfect spot. Ray and Rick were both great hosts. Responsive and nice. Garage parking was awesome to have with street parking so busy downtown during the summer. The location was also incredible. Walking distance to all the South Slope breweries and a ton of great restaurants and shops downtown. Easy drive to anything else. The apartment itself was nice, clean. Comfortable couch and living space to hang out in. The only shower is in the jack and jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms (which wasn't totally clear to me from the pictures), but was fine with some coordination. Overall would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future!

Perfect blend comfort and location!

My husband, baby, friend, and I returned to Asheville for the third year in a row. This was our first vacation with a baby, and I was very specific in my needs in a rental. This property met all of my needs and more! The location is excellent for downtown eating, shopping, and exploration. With parking included, one could not ask for anything else! Our small child was happy as well! More than enough room for a pac-n-play, crawling and playing space, and soft carpeting for the little ones. And a full kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry close by really made this visit easy! Something that must be noted were amazing sound machines in each bedroom! The complimentary hair style from the salon below really made Mommy's day! After staying at multiple locations in Asheville, our experience here was by far the best. This is a must-stay condo for any get-away. My family will definitely be coming back to this property many times in the future.

This apt is on the second floor of one of the downtown buildings. Lots of stairs tho so prepare for that. Personally it was perfect!! I loved the stairs and the location was right in the middle of all kinds of things. Restaurants museum coffee tea shopping. I loved all of it. And all of that was walking distance. 2 bedrooms 11/2 bath. Full kitchen. Just the basics in the kitchen so bring food or go shopping! Management was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly highly recommend for an adult getaway.
