Welcome to this intimate, boutique loft experience located in the heart of downtown Asheville, North Carolina. This stunning condo is a unique blend of contemporary and turn-of-the-century design, located in a historic new construction building. The bright and sunny 3rd floor unit is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. It features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and king-sized beds. This home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring downtown Asheville NC!
Please be considerate of other guest and neighbors. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development. Complaints will be dealt with swiftly and may result in expulsion from the home.

My friend and I were in Ashville for a lady's trip to the Biltmore ahead of Christmas. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Walking to a ton of great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy at meters and a parking lot within sight of building. We felt comfortable and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed; and, it was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The living room furniture was comfortable and made for a great place to unwind after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! Great location - walking distance to everything downtown Asheville but not right above loud bars or anything. The place was much bigger than I expected and so clean and nice! The bed was so comfortable, and the master bedroom was super quiet. The artwork and decorations were amazing. Really loved this place and can’t wait to come back.

We were very pleased with this property! First it is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything in the house was quality; especially the kitchen even though we were too busy to really utilize it. We felt very secure as it took 4 different codes at each access point. It was also amazingly convenient to outstanding restaurants and a delicious bakery, also minutes to The Biltmore and close to other sites we visited. The host was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely recommend. If we’re in Asheville again, I would plan to stay at this amazing property.

First time in Asheville

This loft was amazing and the location was perfect! There are two codes to gain access to the building and that made us feel extremely safe!! The beds were also super comfy! The amenities were top tier and we will definitely be staying here again!

Unit was awesome. Location amazing for exploring asheville. It was well equipped, great kitchen and very nice having a washer/dryer for a long stay. I will echo what another poster said, the entry process is A LOT. there are FOUR different codes you need to access the unit. It takes a while to get the hang of it.However, I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful unit.

Great Location

The location of this property is great if you like the downtown vibe of any city. The number of door codes and elevator codes is a little much. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Michael was responsive to a concern we had about the way on-site parking was described in the listing and he rectified it quickly and fairly.

Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was very conveniently located and nicely decorated. However, the reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is that the heat was very uneven. The living area was too cold and the bedrooms were too warm. Because of the way the ductwork was run across the ceiling, we could do nothing to control it. We had to wrap up in blankets to sit in the living room comfortably and then we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open because the bedrooms were too hot. This was unfortunate, because we otherwise liked the apartment.

The host was great. We had a clogged shower drain and he came himself to fix the same day we called, which was New Years Day!!
