Very good place to stay. Welcomed by Mr Juste who was very friendly and helpful. Great place for two couples with large beds and 2 bathrooms. Centrally located for exploring the island. Seen some walk to the coast but a car is recommended. I would have no problem staying there again

St. Juste, the property caretaker was fabulous in getting us anything we needed throughout the 8 days. He even took us to the airport for significantly less than a taxi. The property is about 3 blocks to beach and 5 blocks to Fish Fry restaurants area

Just as advertised, it is a beautiful property. Communication with the host Mr St Juste was wonderful and he went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The grounds are extremely well kept and the pool was a real treat during the hot afternoons.The property is very well situated for walks to downtown Nassau, local grocery stores and to Saunders Beach. The only hiccup is getting across West Bay Street during rush hour (Yikes).The kitchen is basic and met our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were too thick for our liking.All in all it was a wonderful 2 week vacation.

Very helpful host, answered all our questions and helped us navigate the city, getting groceries, etc. The house is spacious and the location is great - a short walk to the beach and downtown. Nice and quiet area, very safe.

Nassau Trip

We enjoyed our stay and the host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and whatever the issues we experienced (like a super outdated and rusty, yet functional washing machine) and gigantic super thick pillows, the host promised to fix them promptly, so they probably won't be issues when you stay there. The neighborhood felt safe to the degree that the gate doesn't even need to be locked at night. The house was sparkling clean. On a rainy day the host even showed up with an umbrella for us to use, which was super sweet! Make sure you ask him how to find and use the protective nets on the windows, they are there but we had no idea! The "Uber" service recommended by the host provided cost-saving and reliable alternative to the local taxis, which we appreciated. You may find the local stores overpriced and lacking, which is the reality of living on the island, according to our host and drivers, but there's a store called Fresh Mart or Fresh Market in Nassau that is like a local Whole Foods and carries many of the iterations of the items that you probably consider staples, especially when traveling with kids. The house was good for a family of 4 with kids, but it would have been absolutely perfect for a solo traveler, couple or a group adults or adults with older kids, too.
