This charming older home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with plenty of space for the whole family.

Enjoy stunning waterfront views of Acadia National park across Frenchman Bay. Experience the serene sunsets and wildlife from the spacious living areas, where large windows fill the home with natural light. This property boasts ample room outdoors as well for relaxing, grilling and watching the tide come in. The steps to the private beach allow you to seaglass hunt, wade in the water or rent a kayak locally for fun in the sun.



The Space:

First floor:

Spacious master with an office space and desk, and large ensuite bathroom. There is a fireplace for atmosphere only.

There is an additional half bathroom on this floor, and a living room, dining room and sunporch. The TV is a flat screen, with great wifi in the house.

The kitchen has a couple of cute sitting areas to keep an eye on the kids while preparing your delicious summer meals. There are tons of pots, pans, seasonings, dishes, etc for anything you may want to serve!

Outdoor space:

The deck off of the house has a gas grill with propane supplied, and several deck chairs and dining areas for those warm summer days. There is an additional deck over the waterfront, for relaxing and watching the lobster fishermen work. There is access to the beach from the stairway, and a small fenced in portion of the yard for your well behaved pup. (1 dog)

Second Floor:

Full bathroom with a tub/shower plus a half bath with a toilet and sink only.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed murphy bed, it is a full queen bed on a bed frame.

Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds

Bedroom 4: Twin bed

Bedroom 5: Twin bed



Hancock Point has a fantastic restaurant, non-denominal church, a town library, tennis courts, Carters Beach and a town dock.

You are minutes away from additional restaurants, town stores with food and gas, and sightseeing.

Ellsworth is 5 miles away with Hannafords, Shaws, walmart, shopping and restaurants.

Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are 23 miles away

Schoodic point is 15 miles away

Winter Harbor has a ferry directly to Bar Harbor, 15 miles away
