Beautifully decorated condo, St. Simons Island, 8 minutes to Beach, heated pool

The Condo is on St. Simons Island, one of the Golden Isles, comprising St. Simons, Jekyll, and Sea Islands. The beaches are pristine, beautiful, and uncrowded, with fascinating waterways and waterfronts. It’s totally relaxing to walk and swim, hang out and picnic, float the current at Gould’s Inlet, watch the kite surfers, or throw balls with your dogs (anytime most of the year and between 6 PM and 9 AM in the summer. Sometimes you’re just alone on a beautiful beach with nothing but dunes behind you. You can dine overlooking the intracoastal Waterway.

Nearby Jekyll Island is attractive for the historic hotel and museum as well as the turtle sanctuary and beaches.

Nearby also there is the Village, with lots of shops, the Lighthouse Museum, a great hot dog stand and ice cream stand, all types of fun restaurants, open-air bars, nightclubs, and the very finest dining, too.

Luxurious finishes are offered in this one bedroom. This one floor unit is on the second floor of the building and features windows in every room for lots of daylight. This condo comfortably sleeps three with a New Sheraton Hotel King Bed mattress set in the primary bedroom and offers a metal-framed, powered inflatable for an additional guest: very comfortable. The Bedroom has new furniture and a large wall smart TV. There is a 70" TV in the Living Room and free WIFI & Xfinity. This condo has LPV flooring with custom Plantation Shutters throughout. All Living Room furnishings are new. The Kitchen offers a Sub-Zero refrigerator-freezer and granite counter tops. There is a Laundry Room with a hanging rack for special items and shelving for storage. A very relaxing screened porch offers two comfy chairs and a table & chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Access to the condo is easy as it is on a coded door lock. All amenities are included (pool, which is heated in the winter months, and gym). The Monkey Wrench Bike shop offers bike rentals next to the entrance of the complex. Enjoy easy walking to Dulce Dough, one of the best bakeries on the East Coast. So many restaurants and shops are within walking distance of a block or two. There is a Winn Dixie grocery store, Starbucks and our famous Southern Soul BBQ joint. We are two miles to the beach, one and a half miles to the Village and Pier.

Additionally, for those who might like golf cart rental they are walking distance by Larry's subs. On St Simons one can ride a golf cart on roads head to the village or the beach.

You can drive on the roads when the speed limit is 35 mph or less, and there are bike paths everywhere.
