Historic 4BR, 2.5BA home in the heart of Beach Haven, just 1.5 blocks from the beach. Features a heated saltwater pool, full kitchen, dining/living area with deck access, and outdoor shower. Sleeps 10 with 2 king beds, a full bunk (1,500 lbs), and a room with 2 fulls + 2 twins. Includes AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, bikes, beach badges, linens, towels, grill, and driveway parking for 4. No toiletries, beach towels, or daily cleaning service provided. Walk to all local shops and restaurants.

Check-in: 3:00 PM EST
Check-out: 11:00 AM EST (no late check-outs)

DOOR LOCK
Code: 4-digit code (8130).
Tip: Wait 60 seconds before retrying if entered incorrectly. The code will never change.

WIFI & ENTERTAINMENT
Network: beach club house | Password: beachclub224.
Wifi hotspot: Located under the TV in the living room
Surround Sound & Board Games: In the white cabinet kitchen TV cabinet

AC & HEAT
AC: Keep all AC units in “Mode” (pre-set on arrival) and use remotes to adjust coolness
Heat: Use the thermostat downstairs by half bath - do NOT use the AC units for heat

PARKING
Where: Driveway to left can fit up to four cars, free street parking in front of house

TRASH & DISHES
Trash: Bins are to the left of the house/ by the driveway
Dishes: Run the dishwasher before checkout. A $30 fee applies if dishes are left in the sink.

BEACH BADGES
When: Required last weekend of June–Labor Day.
Where: Leave badges on the hook in the kitchen.
Lost or Missing: Unreturned badges = $40 fee per badge

🏊‍♂️ POOL
When: Pool (open Memorial Day - September) will be provided to you clean on day of check-in.

BEACH CHAIRS & OUTDOOR SHOWER
Where: Chairs and outdoor shower are on back deck.
