Grand terrain, petit bloc tranquille, véranda de 42 'avec vue panoramique sur la baie et terrasse sur le toit à deux niveaux avec panorama de la mer en bout d’île, de la baie orientée vers l’est - Forsythe beach surf and AC au sud - de la mer à l’horizon dans l'est.

Reverse living 6 chambres, 4 salles de bains et demie, avec 4 ponts (avec vue sur l’eau), pouvant accueillir 12 personnes / 3 familles: 1 suite Queen MBR avec salle de bain et terrasse privée; 2 Queen MBR chacune avec sa propre baignoire; 2 doubles lits jumeaux, chacun ayant 2 lits jumeaux; et 1 lit superposé ayant un lit superposé à deux lits jumeaux. Wonderful stay!

This was a lovely place, very comfortable and spacious and welcoming. Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous views of sunsets over the bay and a block from the beach. Josephine is a very caring and responsive host - she was just wonderful and we so enjoyed our stay there!

Our family had a very enjoyable vacation at the house! It is well equipped and very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach - you do need to cross a main rd. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

The property was beautiful and the views from the balconies was spectacular. The walking distance to the beach was just splendid and the house has everything you need for a stay. I loved the area and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Fantastic long weekend away!

This property was absolutely amazing for myself, my sister, and girl cousins long weekend away. This was the perfect house for 12 of us as there were so many bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and decks. It was such a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and bars in Beach Haven. This was such a wonderful weekend and Josephine was so helpful and attentive, I can’t thank her enough!

Ideal for us

We returned to LBI after a 10 year absence. This property was ideal for our needs. Plenty of gathering spaces. Josephine was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The house was supplied with many more of the basics than we were expecting.

Highly Recommend

We had a large group gathering and Josephine’s property was ideal for us, could not ask for more. Well equipped, spacious, great indoor/outdoor living and water views. Josephine was a pleasure to work with and was super flexible with checkin and checkout time with no guests on either end of our stay. Will definitely return.

Perfect Getaway

Josephine's property was PERFECT for our group. Our group of 12 adults (around 28/29 years old), were there for our best friends wedding and the house was nothing less than perfect. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, tennis courts, clean & updated, easy check in/out process, and more. Josephine was sweet enough to allow us in earlier for check in and later for check out since there were no groups directly before or after us. Everyone in our group was super impressed with the house and joked about living there forever all together. We will certainly be going back!

Beautiful home

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the roof.

Exactly what we were looking for!

I am very thankful to the owner Josephine. We had planned to go to Aruba and had to cancel due to COVID so this was something we wanted to do just to get away. She was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house is in beautiful condition and it was very clean upon arrival. The sun decks were are favorite. The check in process was seemless and she arranged for us to have an early and late check in/out. Highly recommend this house and hope to be back next year!

Great vacation home!

Josephine's home was spacious and welcoming! The house was clean and provided a place for my family to spend time together but also enjoy our own personal time. The house was fully stocked and clean and all we needed were towels and bedsheets! The beach is right down the block and whether you were there or on the veranda the sunsets were unforgettable. Downtown restaurants were 5 minutes away and easily accessible. Can't wait to stay at this home again.

Its what you need for a vacation

This house has unbelievable views from the decka over the bay. I was impressed by how clean it was and how spacious it is. Perfect for 3 families to stay here and you hqve easy access to the bay and the ocean. Perfect/quiet location in Holgate but you can get to the main strip in beach haven in 5 mins by car. I hope we can stay at this house every year. PS: awesome ping pong table for those that take ping pong as seriously as our family.

Excellent House

Definitely a 5 star house!!! This house is in an excellent location on LBI and the house itself is awesome! Clean, very well maintained and everything we needed! Josephine is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! When we return to LBI we will definitely look to rent this house again.

Great getaway!

We came for the kid’s spring break and wished we could stay longer! The house is on a quiet dead end street across from the bay. Holgate is very quiet and residential, so for food we needed to drive into Beach Haven, which is 3 minutes away. The house was huge, immaculate and all modern amenities...televisions, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Beds are comfortable. Josephine is a great host and was able to help us with a circuit breaker issue immediately. I highly recommend this house!

Long weekend

Josephine was exceedingly helpful and responsive and overall, very pleasant to work with. The house is beautiful and served wonderfully for our long weekend with friends and family. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials, making our packing light and easy for our brief stay. I would definitely consider staying at this location and working with Josephine again in the future.

Beautiful & Peaceful Getaway

Great stay

The house is lovely. New and clean with 2 living rooms which allowed adults and kids to have separate spaces to watch movies. Lots of decks to sit outside. Nice quiet area. One of the en suite bedrooms is right off the kitchen, which is not ideal, but is workable. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation home

Not only is the house beautiful and very comfortable, but the owner (Josephine) did everything to ensure we had a great stay. Josephine was very accommodating and provided us with tons of information before our stay. Upon arrival the house was very clean and even better than the pictures. The decks provide tons of comfortable outdoor space and some of the best views on the island. We highly recommend this vacation home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful, has tons of space, decks galore including a rooftop one with panoramic water views, and is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Josephine is very responsive and thorough with communications. Highly recommend!

fantastic property

we were in LBI for a family wedding. we rented this property and could not have been more pleased. house was beautiful - layout worked out great for us - decks were out of this world. we never rented a house property, this was our first time and i would highly recommend this to everyone.
