The house itself is clean and the host was responsive. The neighborhood wasn’t great with the smell of a dispensary down the street and cars racing out front from midnight until 2am. The occupant of the unit below could be heard yelling between the hours of 11pm-2am which would cause dogs to bark waking everyone up. The ventilation system carried the sound directly into the master bedroom. The house also smelled like covered up cigarette smoke.Super easy access to the highway but if you need a good long nights sleep, might not be the best.

Great location! Very clean! Plenty of space! One small note- It was easier to park on the street and use the side door rather than the front door after we initially got in (the steps were a little unstable). Will use this VRBO again!!

Location to the children's museum and the zoo is awesome, very close to either one. If we had known this home was split into 2 listings (we had the main floor) or if there was a permanent renter/host underneath we wouldn't have rented it simply because we have 3 kids and the 4&1 year olds are not quiet at all and we hate to disturb others which is why we don't stay in hotels. There were cigarettes outside on the table as you walk in (the step up is rather steep) and we could smell the linger of cigarettes as we walked into the kitchen and even when we left it was on our belongings for a couple of days. That aside, the beds were fine, shower was hot and the fridge/stove worked.

Great location and a comfortable place to stay

My family and I stopped for two nights in Omaha while traveling through so that we could spend a full day at the zoo. It was great! The zoo was everything we heard it would be and our rental place was plenty big enough for our family of six. Check-in and check-out was easy and it's obvious the owners have put a lot of work into updating the house. This place was a great value compared to some other places we looked at. We loved the artwork, antiques, and all the plants!

Loved how close it was to the places we planned to visit, it felt cozy and there was plenty of room for our group, there was a fenced in yard that unfortunately had openings too big for my small dog to squeeze through but thankful they allowed pets. My Grandma loved the plants around the house.
