The property was perfectly located for our needs: minutes away from Florida Southern College, downtown eateries and activities, and local shopping. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed and the living room seating were very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for meals. The home was nice and clean and full of charm with ceiling fans in each room. The AC worked great and kept the home cool. The host was responsive, professional, and quickly resolved a small hiccup when we first arrived. We shared two suggestions with the host after our stay. I'm sensitive to strong fragrances, and the bedding (detergent) was very strong. I'm usually fine in most hotels and home rentals, but this level of fragrance was beyond the norm. And, while the bathroom door does shut, it doesn't latch shut. So, when the AC fan turns off, the pressure is removed from the door, and it will very slightly open. While it's not enough to see right in, we felt the need to share with one another when we were going to the bathroom so no one walked in unexpectedly. We would definitely stay here again (or at one of their other properties) if accommodations can be made regarding the bedding.
