This perfect fully enclosed first-floor suite features two separate bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with their own sliding glass entrance to a gorgeous patio overlooking an even more beautiful view of Silver lake, Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign.

Make use of a full bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with free pods, Brita water filter, glasses, cups, and utensils. (Note: it is not a kitchen - it's more like the things you'd find in a nice hotel room).

Spend the night taking in the view while soaking in a hot tub under string lights illuminating a beautifully landscaped yard and your own private amphitheater, with a fully enclosed multi-level landscaped yard (perfect for dogs).

The home sits at the top of a hill overlooking Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks and a bountiful selection of friendly, family owned restaurants and diners.

You will be staying only 15 minutes from Hollywood, Downtown, and Glendale, and a mere 10 minutes from Dodger’s stadium. Quick access to the 5 or 101 freeways gives you a head start on any of your travels! You have to see this place - it's even more beautiful than the photos.

Please note: you will have unfettered and private use of the first floor, the huge deck, the amphitheater, hot tub, and fully enclosed yard. The property manager may stay in the house upstairs (which is fully separated from your listing by a locked and secure door), and may be available to help you if ask for assistance or would like us to run a load of laundry, or do a grocery run. But no one has no access to your space at all - your listing is entirely private.

Please also note that your suite has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen - like most hotel rooms. There is a mini-fridge, brita water filter, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses, cups and plates, and utensils. You can also request other things if you need them and we can deliver them to you in the manner you'd like. :)

Lastly, you will have an outdoor living room area on a huge deck, with two couches and a chair and a coffee table and two large, powerful outdoor gas heaters, but note, there is no indoor living room. (The photos show all of this).
