Unfortunately those building-wide issues are outside of my direct control, but I completely understand how disruptive and frustrating that must have been. I’ve already passed your feedback along to the building management so they can address the hallway odor and continue working on the elevators and alarm system. Hi Krista, I’m glad to hear the apartment was comfortable and well-stocked for your stay, and that you enjoyed the view. I’m also very sorry for the areas that fell short, especially the check-in instructions and the way the bed was made. We used a different cleaner at that time, and we no longer use them. Our current team is much more consistent, and beds are now made properly and neatly for every reservation. I also appreciate your notes about the check-in email and instructions. We’ve since reorganized and streamlined everything so guests receive clear, clean, and non-repetitive communication. Some aspects of the building, like the elevators are unfortunately outside of our control, but we’ve continued to pass feedback along to management so they can address those issues.
