It's a beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The host Phil was extremely responsive when I messaged him about parking, and he sorted me out right away. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO! I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Dallas.

This place was perfect. The place was cute and cozy. Very comfortable and inviting. The location off elm was close to everything. Many bars and restaurants with good food and drinks right across the street! Walkable to American Airlines Arena and uptown! Would highly recommend.

This stay was great. Right in the heart of downtown Dallas. The free parking in that area was a true savings. View and host were also amazing. We go to Dallas frequently. Definitely will be back.

We came to Dallas for a concert. This place is absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning. We loved watching the fog roll.in one morning. There are so many places to shop and eat near by.

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the city. We chose the spot for its location as we were able to walk to American Airlines center from here. On the downside, the check in process was horrible. We couldn’t find the parking garage for 40 minutes due to the address being incorrect. If that process was better documented and had images, we could have saved time. The apartment was clean but definitely needed a deep clean and while there was counter space in the bathroom, there were no towel hooks. Just a couple things that brought the overall experience down

10/10 Phil is a pretty chill guy and answered fast when I had questions! Location is amazing and super close to everything you will need. I will say check in is a little tricky especially because you have to find parking and then go up and get your key fob to actually access the free parking garage that’s in the back of the building which is tough if it’s only one person luckily I could send my sister up for the key while i sat in the car with my emergency lights on while i waited on the side of the road
one thing the check in notes did not note was that you also need the key fob to access the parking garage elevators. Pool was hard to find but the room itself is very beautiful and clean and the view is to AMAZING!!!

Very secure, personal free covered parking spot provided. The host was very responsive and helpful. Super cute, comfy, quiet apartment with a beautiful view close to everything in downtown Dallas. Highly recommend!!

What a darling, clean place with an amazing view! The mattress was SOOOO comfortable! I had reservations about Texas, but there are countless fun places to walk to from this location, and kind, open-minded people all around! I will for sure be back to explore more, and can't imagine staying anywhere else! This place is a gem! Thank you
