Great location, very clean and inside is modernized. Close to campus, Old Town and fun stops between.

Updated and cozy

Overall a great place to stay with many positives. The open living space has plenty of room for dining and two large comfortable couches for watching tv and lounging. The updated kitchen had basic supplies with a small gas grill out back. Two of the bedrooms share the larger hall bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The third bedroom has an en-suite with a smaller bathroom. On the negative side, the floors and hard surfaces were not squeaky clean and needed a wipe down upon arrival. There was some neighborhood noise both nights, a trade off for being so close to campus, but we would stay here again.
