Wonderful place to stay, it was very well stocked, however, the place could have been a little cleaner at check in, it looks like the cleaning crew does a poor job of clean up after people check out.

Great property with a great view. It is very close to the beach. It had pretty much everything you could need for a short or longer stay. My family had an amazing trip and would definitely book this property again in the future.

The property was in a great location. Overall the property was nice but it list a 4th bedroom. I would not say the 4th bedroom is an accurate description. The bedroom was built out under the carport. It was really not usable because of the smell. We had 3 families during our stay and had to scramble to find a place for everyone to sleep.

Fun Week

House was clean, comfortable and met our needs. Only problem was the 100 use fee for the communal pool.

This rental was nice and cozy, and right on the beach. The air conditioning worked very well, the kitchen was well stocked.The beds were very comfortable and pillows were great too with some soft and some firm.The downstairs room needed attention concerning the odor and the window unit a/c needs a better sealing around it to keep mosquitos and other insects out.There were some broken items upon arrival, but I let the host know so we wouldn't be blamed for them.The downstairs toilet had an issue, but I was able to reach the service team and they sent a plumber the next morning. Thankfully, those staying in that room didn't arrive until that afternoon. That room being downstairs and separate from the main house worked out well for us as they had a small dog and appreciated the privacy. The tub in the master bath drained slower and slower as our stay went on. I let them know about that but didn't request a plumber as I didn't want to have them come out a second time.The path to the beach wasn't cleared. We used the neighborsThe listing stated that there was a room with a king and queen bed but there was no queen bed. I let them know that and they said they would verify and correct the listing.I requested a later check-out of between 11 and 12, rather than by 10 am, and was disappointed that they would have charged a high fee for that. With the several issues we had it would have been nice if they had given us that extra time at no extra charge.

We loved the location — truly wonderful. The property was very clean, had a comfortable layout, and offered plenty of parking. Beach access was excellent and made our stay very convenient.There were a few areas that could use attention. The kitchen was understocked, with only a handful of forks, spoons, and knives, and it lacked basics like measuring cups and storage containers for leftovers. There were also no towels provided for the master bathroom. The living room furniture is showing significant wear, particularly the sofa and the chair, which may be due for replacement.The biggest concern was the presence of very small insects, likely ants, in the kitchen and bathrooms. This made food preparation challenging and was difficult to manage during our stay.Overall, the home has great potential with its location and layout, and addressing these issues would make it an even better experience for future guests

Great view of beach to watch the sun rise. Perfect location. House equipped with everything needed, including beach towels. Comfortable mattress for good night sleep. Loved everything about this property except livingroom couch and chair needs replacing. Property and house very clean. Fenced in area for dogs was nice and neighborhood is safe. Storm shades were a nice addition to close and black out a room for sleeping in late. Very nice property.
