Bring the whole family to this 1900 sq ft Oceanfront Condo with plenty of room for fun. Watch beautiful sunrises, dolphins, and plenty of other wildlife from the spacious deck. Enjoy the no-drive beach with beach chairs, an umbrella, spike ball, boogie boards, bocce ball, and a 10x10 tent to set up on the beach. Spend the day at the heated pool, which is open year-round, or walk to nearby restaurants and bars. When inside, enjoy fun with your friends and family by playing pool in our game room, a variety of provided board games around our dining room table that can seat 10, relaxing and watching TV on one of the 4 TV sets. Shuffleboard or cornhole equipment are provided for your enjoyment in the cart room. The well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to prepare snacks and meals on the go. All the rooms in the condo offer beautiful ocean views. From the guest bedroom, you have spectacular views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The lot next door is vacant, and then Tom Renick Park has a play area for the youngsters and a lifeguard on duty at the ocean. The unit was designed with an open concept, leaving the wall between the third bedroom and the rest of the unit open. Thus converting the third bedroom into a game room with twin beds available for sleeping. Open concept makes the place feel like a home rather than a hotel room. It is designed to allow space to enjoy the company of friends and family. It is our home away from home. We had been coming to the area since 2010, staying in different units at the Ormandy, and then found this one, which met the needs of our three children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. There is room for each family as they come to visit while we are here. Situated on the ocean provides a great summer, fall, and spring location for visitors who share our unit while we are back up North. We live in Ely, Minnesota, 10 miles from the Canadian border, and our lake flows into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, which is over a million acres of wilderness with no road or buildings. We felt we lived in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S., and National Geographic agrees. Then we found this piece of paradise that we think matches the area we call Home. So, this is our Home away from Home, yet we love to share it with others who can experience the beauty of nature here, where you can reconnect with friends and family and enjoy God's beautiful creation.

Amazing Condo and Experience! The views are exactly as the pictures described and the condo is even bigger! Tom is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Very easy beach access and the unit comes with everything you could possibly imagine! It had every cooking utensil, plenty of plates cups and everything you need! And the unit also has access to beach chairs, some sun shade(easy up type of overhead shade) and everything else you need to have a lovely time at the beach. The pool was very relaxing and everyone staying there was super friendly. If you are reading this review and debating on coming here for a stay, you must come!! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the Ormond area has plenty of things to do and great restaurants. There is a fantastic ice cream shop within walking distance that has free putt putt golf and a giant connect 4 game. The Publix grocery store is a short walk. Overall, this an exceptional place. Great for families. The kids loved the pool table and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. The massive table is such a blessing for families to share a meal or play board games in the evenings! The owners treated us like family and we highly recommend anyone to come here and stay! We will be back! Thank you Tom for an amazing stay and your hospitality!

We live in two of the most beautiful places in the world. First is Ely, MN, is located on the Canadian border, adjacent to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and secondly Ormond Beach. I retired as a science teacher and coach of football, basketball, and track. Becky was an RN, stay-at-home mom, and school nurse at the end of her career. We purchased this property as a family LLC in June of 2024. We have enjoyed the journey to get here. Becky and I have been happily married for 50 years, as of June 14, 2025. We met at Lake Geneva Bible Camp in Minnesota when we were 15 and 16, and we never really dated because we were 300-plus miles apart. That was well before emails and texts, so we have 7 years' worth of letters we wrote to each other before getting engaged at the place we met. Our three children are happily married, and we have 10 grandchildren, aged 14-22. When our family is not using our Florida home, we hope that other families and friends will use it to reconnect and relax. May your recreation lead to the re-creation of your soul.

Becky and I traveled across Florida for two winters before deciding on Ormond Beach as our winter stop. We rented in the Ormondy for 12 years before purchasing in 2024, and we have no regrets, as it offers all that we have ever dreamed of. Becky loves a book and a heated pool, and ours is heated throughout the winter. Tom loves to fish and the area presents plenty of opportunities. There are stores and restraurants nearby without the traffic and hassle we saw on the Gulf Coast or the areas to our south. We found a great place to Worship at Salty Church and have joined in some small groups making new best friends. I hope you feel the same after staying here.

The home's designer omitted the wall between the third bedroom and the living room to create an open, home-like feel. In the extra space, a miniature pool table is placed, and the dining area has ample seating, allowing games to be played on one end while a puzzle or conversation takes place on the other. The deck, with the new deck furniture, is a great place to hang out and offers the best sunrises and beautiful evening views. Wildlife is abunantly seen while sitting on the deck and the 10th floor view is unmatched. The two bedrooms provide breathtaking views from this 10th-floor condo. New appliances make whipping up a meal at home a breeze. There are great eating establishments in the area. A newly remodeled club room that covers half of the condo, is located on the 11th floor which is the top floor. There are only 71 units in the building and only two per floor which are truly oceanfront. Ours being the top floor of the ocean front units makes it a penthouse unit.
