I recommend this house, it's very comfortable and has everything you need. I loved the quiet neighborhood and Publix is just a five minutes. I loved it and communication with Latoya Connor is fast.

Beautiful, Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Upon entry, it smelled very fresh & clean. The entire home is beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean. The host was very easy to contact when needed. Instructions for check-in and the check-out process were made very simple. We would definitely look to stay here again when we return to Tampa.

This property was very clean and easy accessible to shopping in the area. Very open floor plan, plenty of room to move around with multiple families. The only down fall is that while it sleeps 8 or more there are not enough dishes for 8 people. We did not stay long so it was fine for us but if you’re staying long than a couple days it could be a problem

Team Love the place and area.

Everything was great. We would definitely rent there again. We suggest changing the front door light to something that doesn’t attract bugs. Maybe a color light. Once we open the door quite a few got inside. The guys really enjoyed the place.

Clean and easy

The decor is a little bougie for the boys. The home is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Situated in a quiet neighborhood a little ways from town, but an easy drive to the main areas. Great communication. Easy check in. The only downside was no coffee maker but owner says that will be remedied for the next renters.

We were in Florida to attend funeral services and didn't spend a lot of time in the house. But, we did find when we were there, there was not really sufficient comfortable seating. Also, it would have been nice to have some explanation of the various switches.
