Tucked inside the beautiful private community of Sunset Island, this 37-acre coastal gem sits right on Assawoman Bay—yet you’re just a quick 2-block stroll from the Atlantic Ocean. Think charming brick sidewalks, breezy front porches, and that laid-back, nostalgic beach town vibe (like stepping into a 1920s seaside getaway… but with modern comforts).
This is the kind of place where mornings start with coffee on the porch, afternoons are spent poolside or at the beach, and evenings end with sunset walks along the mile-long waterfront path. It’s peaceful, walkable, and made for memory-making.

Spread out over four spacious levels, there’s room for everyone to relax and unwind:
1st Floor
Kick off your sandals and settle in. You’ll find a cozy queen bedroom, a half bath, plus all your beach gear ready to go—bikes, beach buggies, and even an extra fridge for drinks and snacks.
2nd Floor (Main Hangout Spot)
The heart of the home 💛
Open-concept living with a fully stocked kitchen (Keurig + drip coffee lovers, you’re covered), dining area, and comfy living room with Smart TV. Step out onto double balconies to catch that salty breeze anytime.
3rd Floor
Three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a private bathroom, plus a fun bunk room perfect for kids or groups. Another full bathroom in the hall keeps things easy.
4th Floor Retreat
A private queen suite with its own balcony—perfect for sneaking away with a glass of wine or catching a peaceful sunrise.

Additional passes may be purchased for $75 a piece or $25 a day (2024 pricing) from the Sunset Island office. 3 Parking passes are included with the community fee. Additional parking IF available is $75 per car. There is room to park 3 average size vehicles on the townhouse property. Large trucks and SUVs will limit your parking space, please plan accordingly.

Located on the Bayside of 67th street - Ocean City, MD, Sunset Island is a private 37-acre island located on Assawoman Bay but just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. With brick sidewalks, front porches, good neighbors, and a very walkable community Sunset Island is reminiscent of beach communities along the Atlantic coast in the 1920s. This bayside resort offers you a private escape to unwind where cars take a back seat to leisurely strolls along the mile-long walking path around the island along the water’s edge. Your beach vacation at Sunset Island will become that One Particular Harbor you’ll return to year after year.
This unit comes with a full linen package included in your cleaning fee. The only thing you need to bring is Beach / Pool towels.
This unit only rents to friends and families over the age of 25 years of age unless with parent/s or guardians.

Very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were great on all the beds. The amenities with the pool, beach and restaurant were amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive and prompt with any questions.
