Your home away from home in Boulder with 1 bedroom. This fantastic apartment features a cozy queen bed, WiFi. The new bathroom includes a refreshing shower. It's A Peaceful sweet garden apt. Beautiful 8'x8' patio and perennial garden and mature trees all around. Find beautiful bamboo floors in the kitchen and bedroom and walk-in closet. The Kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge and plenty of cabinet space, also a Bosch w/d. An Open floor plan living room with soft carpet! In a single family home. Close to CU East, Fthills hospital & Ball Aerospace. Bike trails are very close by, as are the bus routes. Enjoy the perfect retreat in this charming space.
