The host was very welcoming. The amenities were very good with a couple ofexceptions. The patio light wouldnot turn on and the kitchen faucet had little pressure. In fairness I did not contact the owner about these issues so he had no opportunity to reolve them.

Floridian Condo (while visiting our children)

Overall it was an amazing experience. Only real issue we had was that someone must live there in between rentals. Having used VRBO many times we have never run into having someone’s personal items all about the condo. There was a considerable amount of food in the refrigerator and cabinets. And a cabinet full of alcohol? One closet contained clothing but luckily we didn’t need that space. Aside from this initial discomfort feeling, the unit was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The facilities office manager folks were great when we stopped in to obtain our gate pass. I would definitely recommend going there and working with Steve as an owner. He was fantastic. I know we would surely consider going back there and probably for a longer term if it was available.
