The ceiling was insulated with sound material proofing sept 2025 and now has recessed lighting. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating during their stay. Experience the magic of Newport Beach at our bungalow. No need for a car and free city tram is available on weekends in the summer, to take you down the peninsula or ride our included Bicycles. If you are looking for a water adventure take our kayaks down to the bay which is at the end of our short block. Wagon provided to take all your staples to the beach, umbrella and chairs provided.

This was the perfect beach hide-a-way! So close to beach and eating establishments! Rode the available bikes everyday up and down the beach, pier to pier. Many places to eat and to get coffee.Owner attentive and welcoming. I will definitely stay again! Location is everything!
This alone made it all worth it!

Cozy little place with everything you need. Has boogy boards, bicycles, kayak. Bicycles could use some repairs and maintenance Great location. Parking space provided. Coffee shops, restaurants around the corner. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect with the ocean, little restaurants and a small park a very, very short walk away. Also, in this popular area, it’s wonderful to have a place to park in the driveway.The casita itself was just right with everything I needed. Excellent water pressure in the shower is an added bonus! Excellent communication with the host!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. It was as described in the listing. Our hostess was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property was clean with an easy location walking distance to places to eat.

Great location. This is a dog friendly unit. There is a park 100 feet away where you can take your dog. The beach is only 0.25 miles away. There were bikes and a kayak to use. The studio had everything that one would want.

Carla and Gary were great to work with! Initially I thought the bungalow was on Balboa Island but it was my oversight that I didn’t notice the address is actually Newport Beach, but the location was actually better since we were a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was a great stay and Carla was great in communication!
