Unwind in a luxurious newly remodeled Modern one bedroom one bath apartment. Each room boasts a queen sized green tea memory mattress, because nothing is too good for my guests. The unit is ready for you to Netflix and chill (or Amazon Prime and chill) to your heart's desire. For all you adulting men and women out there, I've got you covered with a play pen. Channel your inner Mad Men and let this be your ultra chic home away from home.

It's LA and parking can be tough, especially if you're coming to Pasadena for the famed Rose Parade. I've got you though! The apartment comes with one covered parking spot.
NEIGHBORHOOD TIPS
If you forgot something and it isn't something we have on hand, the apartment is a 1 minute walk from the 99 cent store. The unit has a walk score of 87 and a bike score of 75; this means most errands can be accomplished on foot and biking is convenient on most trips.

-This unit is best suited for 2 adults + 1 child.
-Couch is not a pull out.
