SPACIOUS COVERED RV LOT WITH A LARGE CONCRETE PAD, water, sewer, electric and propane hook-up for grill (mounted on the pole barn post near the shower) located in Indian Pass. You can also enjoy an enclosed outside hot shower. Take a walk on the beach, visit St. Vincent Island, or try your hand at fishing on the beach. Don't forget to visit the historic lighthouse in Port St. Joe and climb to the top, to take in a sweeping view of the shoreline below. Book THE MOCKINGBIRD RV SITE today!
Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
