The only issue we had was It took a while for my husband and I to locate the key lock box. In the instructions, please list that the lock box is located at the top of the stairs on the farthest landing post. All communications with Avari (property management) were very quick and gave us exactly the information we needed. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed the paved walking trails and easy access to the beach.

This made for some difficulty in identifying the correct unit on after dark arrival. Location was perfect! We have stayed in several places within this community and this one beat all of the others in description of just how close to beach it sits. No need for a golf cart or even a wagon.

I was there to do some surf fishing. The location was easy to get to and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and welcoming. I was really surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was for a Friday night which offered a great nights rest. There’s a wonderful place to eat breakfast walking distance called Good Times Cafe. We really enjoyed the food and beach being so close to our stay. There’s beach was super private and the neighborhood felt very safe. We ran into our hosts a couple of times and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be booking a stay here again in the future. We can’t wait to come back.
