This Vermilion cottage boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 4 twin beds. The property features amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, ensuring guests have a superb stay. With 2 private bathrooms, guests can freshen up with ease. The property is dog friendly and includes a fully fenced in backyard. Relax in the carefree living spaces or explore the nearby attractions. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. ****Boaters. Cement pad used for parking. If parking a boat in the space, it must be parked horizontally and disconnected from the hauler. The cement pad is 25 ft wide plus an extra 7 ft to the wooden stake for a total of 32ft. It’s 16 ft from house to street at the narrowest point. There is no street parking permitted.

The cute little house cottage is very clean and decorated very nicely easy access downtown area, which we fell in love with we’ve never been before.

Comfortable, cozy, pet friendly home . Kitchen had coffee maker , fridge ,microwave, stove with oven and dishwasher plus eating utensils. There's an enclosed porch off the kitchen where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. Access to the lake was a block from the house. We enjoyed a number of sunsets there . The place was very clean and tidy. The neighbors were nice.

Everything was exceptional, from host communication, amenities, location to beach, restaurants and to city. Kitchen well stocked for everything you need. Truly a vacation home just like home! Nice quiet neighborhood. Check in and checkOut extremely easy and if I had questions, hostess answers quickly. Hope to return next year

One of the best places we’ve stayed. Had everything you could need. Exceptionally clean. Arrived to find eggs, milk and butter in the fridge along with snacks and bottled water. They thought of everything you might need to feel at home.

Great overnight in charming Vermilion

Nikki’s cottage in Vermilion is the perfect place to stay with family, friends, and furry ones. The space is perfect (very updated but retaining charming cottage feels) and just a block from the lake. First time in Vermilion and it definitely won’t be our last - probably the cutest Ohio lake town you can visit 3

Excellent Stay!

This cottage was perfect for the 5 of us. The 2 older kids loved having the upstairs bedroom and relaxation space to themselves. The amenities were excellent, especially the high quality towels, toiletries, and shower head. We really loved watching the woodchuck, birds, and squirrels eating in the backyard every day. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. The short walk to Nakomis Beach was fantastic as well, especially for sunset watching. We hope to come back here to stay in the future.

Wonderful beach getaway.

This property exceeded our expectations. There was beach access 2 blocks away and we enjoyed the sunsets every night of our stay. I walked into town almost daily with my dog . It’s a little under 2 miles. Perfect morning or evening stroll . Restaurants in town are nice. The locals are all friendly and welcoming . We all loved the place, including our bernedoodle . She was in squirrel heaven and enjoyed the cooler lake temps .

Adorable & Quaint

Amazing home, decorated so cute. The host has thought of everything..tons of extras with this stay including for your fur baby. The best bath towels, close to the water, the town is just adorable. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and accommodating! 10 out of 10!

Great stay near the lake

We loved staying at the place. Was very clean and well-organized. Short 3-min walk to the lake was a nice plus. There were trains passing by at night but if you're not a light sleeper shouldn't be too bad.

I am a retired Air Traffic Controller. Hosting gives me an outlet to talk with people and be social as well as provide structure and fulfillment to my days. I also volunteer at a local horse farm and kayak when I have free time.

Vermilion is a small Lakeside community where we all have a sense of pride in our close-knit ties. I grew up there and it's reminiscent for me every time I return to visit socially or spend work time at the rental property.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My property provides plenty of space for one or two families to stay within walking distance to the water and downtown without breaking the bank! I am also pet friendly, having my own dog (a Catahoula named Kilby), I know how meaningful it is to have a space where you can bring your dog with you when traveling.
