we loved the little cottage. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed including plastic cups for the kids. The entire place was clean and organized well. We had a lovely stay and will probably book again in the future.

I wish that also. All the cottage use to but over the years people sold and didn't include the easement with the resale. If you come again we do have a boat dock which is a short walk form the cottage.

Very nice stay place and would definitely recommend. conveniently located and had everything we needed. Only issue was the internet kept kicking us out while trying to watch a movie and the internet was slow, aside from that it was wonderful.

The Bathroom was extremely small. There were also ants coming from vent under kitchen table. Refrigerator had water leaking on the floor. Otherwise a good stay.

Nice getaway!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Great place to relax after fishing Erie all morning.

Very nice cottage

We enjoyed the cottage, comfortable for 5, well kept and supplied. River view is from the front deck which is very nice. One house back from the river. Convenient to Cleveland and Oberlin.

Great Cottage

Excellent location

We are from KY. Trip was scheduled for my son’s doctor appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. We chose this location because it is close to family and about 40 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic. Safe and secure area!!

Fantastic!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest places we’ve stayed at. The owners we’re great to deal with. We were greeted with wine, crackers and cheese when we arrived. We loved starting and ending our day on the front deck. Would definitely rent again.

No one has every stated the water was low. It is a river and it does got by rain levels. Unfortunately we haven't had much rain this season. This not an issue we have control over. Will let the Mariana owner Know.

Cozy Cottage

We have family across the river but have outgrown staying with them as we have 3 kids and travel with our dogs. We needed our own space and this was perfect as we were right in between the parents and the brothers family. It’s sometimes hard to find places that accept pets so we greatly appreciate that! Comfortable and well appointed and had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking into staying again next time we are in town!

Relaxation Vacation

The cottage and property were clean and quaint. The views were lovely and the neighbors were kind. The entrance was via an open staircase. Our dogs took some practice to get used to this but it wasn't an obstacle. The owners were delightful. They answered all questions and all directions were easy to follow. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers. All attractions were nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
