It also has a full yard with room for using the grill, fire pit, yard games, outdoor table/chairs, etc., though some items are seasonal. No spaces are shared with others, so you will have the home to yourself and a private parking area that is not on the street. There are neighbors on all sides, as well as train tracks and a highway nearby, so there will be occasional noise. Bed/bath linens provided, along with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Three bedrooms include one queen, one full, and two twins with dressers in each bedroom. A library, playground, basketball court, post office, and grocery store are all within two blocks. Go fishing, tubing, or canoeing in the Rifle River, hunt nearby, and/or relax around the fire pit at night while searching for your favorite constellation. Casino is 10 min. away.
