Very clean, well decorated with vintage Pensacola and beach art prints, comfy beds, great deck with view across the street of the beach, TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and garage parking. Short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s - great seafood and fun atmosphere. Beautiful Emerald water views - Pensacola is now my favorite FL beach, and I’ve been to several.

TVs were on a WiFi system and had 3 remotes with no directions on how to use the remotes to access various systems. Coffee maker drip pot didn't work and no one came up to fix it after I called maintenance staff. Everything else was prefect.

This condo was perfect for our group of 7. Beach access is directly across from the condo, and it wasn't crowded at all, even on Memorial Day weekend. Would absolutely stay here again.

Emerald Dolphin

The Emerald Dolphin is always great. This condo was very nice, clean and very easy to rent. I would recommend to anyone. 1st bedroom is very small and should really be counted for 2 small children. Hopefylly that helps someone down the road

Vacation 2023

It was very rough. First thing we had to be relocated due to a leak. In order to do this we had to move to 3 different units during our 9 day stay. Then we we’re told that we can move back to the original unit. The entire time we were at the original unit we continued to get text messages about the other units as if they had no idea where we were in the middle of all of that confusion my husband had a heart attack and surgery at the Baptist Hospital, our whole vacation was a confused mess The original unit at Emerald Dolphin was very nice, beautiful deck and beautiful view of the Gulf. The rental company attempted to be helpful but the whole week was chaotic and not relaxing

Family Vacations

Our family so enjoyed this trip and found it difficult to leave. Would love to come back next year if we can afford to. This is the first time we've been to the Golf! Staying in this condo made it so much more enjoyable. :)

Best vacation ever

Condo was very clean and tidy. Very pleased with it. Quiet area which was great because we were with children and they go to bed early. Convenient to the beach, walking distance. Store and restaurant right next door, walking distance. Loved the entire experience.

Difficulties with 530

There were issues with humidity even with air on. We also had issues with tv remotes not working. The unit didn’t have cable in master. Storage space was limited because excess owners things. There was no vacuum or mop to clean rugs and floors ( we were there for 2 months). Also we’re not informed prior to about the closing of the pool for three weeks. The area is quiet with a nice bike/walking path. Close to restaurants. Comfortable newer couch and love seat.

Awesome view & Everything We Needed

Easy check in and out. Property has everything we needed for cooking and feeding all of us, and even had games and movies. The floors looked clean when we got there, but everyone’s feet were completely filthy after a short time of walking around. But, the view was awesome, and we really enjoyed the pool and ease/proximity to the beach. There were also plenty of towels for showers (no beach towels - as the de scope took says). Make sure to stop and grab toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit! Really made us feel at home and we didn’t have to stress about dirty clothes or fresh towels.

Loved the condo. Third bedroom was a little small but it served its purpose. The 9AM check out was a little early but we tried to pack everything the night before. Another hour would have helped.

No toilet paper and flooding toliet

The place was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, the toilet flooded twice even after having a plumber out for over an hour.

Relaxing

Relaxing time with friends and family. Loved the balcony with beach view! Needs a more comfortable pullout couch and pullout was not clean. King bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen. Icemaker kept up with all 9 of us. Loved being able to rinse off the sand at the hoses by the pool. Hope we can return sometime soon.

We really like the property, except for the bedroom with the sofa bed. It too old.

The third bedroom with the bunk bed! It needs to be replace, 😰
