    Owl cottage itself is charming, a real home from home and very well equipped. We also loved the well maintained garden and pool area. Having previously stayed at busy Sea Point, we appreciated the peaceful surroundings of Constantia and the incredible views of Table Mountain and the Groot Constantia vineyard. Simply perfect.

    We’re Lucy and James, originally from the UK (Lucy) and Malta (James), and we moved to Cape Town in 2017 for what we thought would be a two-year adventure. Years later, we’re still here – raising our two boys in the beautiful Constantia Valley and calling Cape Town our forever home.

    What we love most about living here is the lifestyle: sunshine, mountains, vineyards, and the incredible sense of community. We enjoy exploring the local wine estates, hiking the surrounding trails, and sharing this unique part of Cape Town with friends, family, and now, our guests.

    Hosting has become an extension of what we value most – creating a welcoming space where people can feel at home while experiencing the very best of Constantia, Cape Town and beyond. We’ve designed our cottages with comfort, relaxation, and family in mind, adding thoughtful touches to make stays as stress-free as possible.

    We’re always happy to share local tips, recommend our favourite restaurants or hikes, and help guests discover the hidden gems that make Cape Town so special.
