Our home away from home is in a fantastic
location with Boulders Beach almost on your
doorstep (2 mins away), easy access to
everything in Simons Town, local restaurants,
cafes, shopping and sea side activities. You want
to feel relaxed while on vacation, we have made
an effort to make this home feel like a
comfortable retreat.

The space
Neptunes Seat has fabulous sea views from a
spacious and tranquil backyard paradise with a
huge sparkling pool and lovely outdoor lounge
and patio for al fresco dining.
NB. No Pool Cover and no fencing around the
pool
Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining and
lounge with sliding doors leading to patio area.
This 3 bedroom, 6 sleeper house is fully equipped
and privately yours for the duration of your stay.
The Master Suite is light and spacious with a King
Size bed, direct access to pool area and full
en-suite bathroom offering a bath, shower and
toilet.
Bedroom 2, offers a queen size bed and en-suite
bathroom offering shower and toilet only.
Bedroom 3, offers 2 single beds and uses the
family bathroom offering a bath, overhead
shower and toilet.
