Welcome to my charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located just south of Ybor City and centrally located to downtown Tampa. Recently updated and extremely spacious, itâs the perfect spot to unwind while being only 1 mile from Ybor's lively bars, restaurants, and shops. Desoto Park is just a 5 minute walk which offers beautiful waterfront views and a walking trail. Whether youâre here for business or leisure, this home offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your Tampa adventures. Come experience the best of the city just minutes away!
My home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, and two, clean, modern bathrooms. The space is decorated and furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a coffee/tea bar.
In the back of the house is a large fenced backyard, a shaded seating area, corn hole, and a grill.
My home has three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: King Bed with work station
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
6 people maximum, no pets, and no smoking inside. Strict.
Guest access:
The entire home is accessible to you during your stay.
Check-In: 4pm
Check-Out: 11am
Other things to note:
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 GUESTS, AND NO SMOKING INSIDE. These rules help me maintain a high standard of cleanliness and keep the furniture in good condition.
BRINGING PETS, SMOKING INSIDE, OR BREAKING THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND AND ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.
I inventory the home after each guestâs check-out. You will be charged for damage or theft.
