Stephanie, the host was really great and very responsive. We needed the location close to Tampa General due to stepdad having a pretty serious surgery. We needed to be able to go back-and-forth and it was about a six minute drive so it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable plenty of room for the four of us that were staying there. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Near enough to restaurants also .

This home was beautiful. Spacious, clean and very cozy. The host was so accommodating and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to Hyde Park Village for dinner and shopping. We will be back!

We only stayed for 1 night but the area is really nice and the house is well.located. Lots of space for x6 people and very clean. If i were to stay longer i wouldn't have been that impressed with the kitchen facilities as there wasnt enough cutlery, cups , pans, tea towels etc and some of the cupboards were starting to show signs of wear and tear. Also very limited and small towels. Not an issue for us as we ate out but for every day use not ideal

I may have missed it in the listing. The house was advertised as four bedroom, but one of the bedrooms had no connection to a hallway or a bathroom without walking through a different bedroom, so neither of those two bedrooms were really separate bedrooms with privacy.

This stay was completely unacceptable, and the bug infestation alone made the property uninhabitable. Within a very short time of checking in, we took showers and were immediately swarmed by flying bugs—so many that they were getting into our hair and all around us. When we went downstairs, it was even worse, with bugs throughout the living space. It was absolutely disgusting and made it impossible to stay even a single night.We contacted VRBO and the property manager right away, and they acknowledged the issue and agreed that the conditions were not livable. We were told we would receive a full refund, which is now being refused, making the situation even more frustrating.We were not in the unit long because of the infestation, but in that short time we also noticed several other issues: the bedding appeared dirty, basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner were not provided as advertised, and the layout is misleading (one “bedroom” requires walking through the master). The den is also just a converted garage with a concrete floor and no windows, which feels uncomfortable and nothing like a proper living space.Overall, the overwhelming bug problem ruined our stay almost immediately and forced us to find another place late at night. This was a deeply disappointing experience and not something anyone should have to deal with.
