About this space
Newly decorated one bedroom, one bath, second floor condo with full kitchen, WiFi and cable. Coronado Arms is centrally located and is a desirable complex with a pool (seasonally heated), coin operated laundry facility and BBQ grills, in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, beachside.
Please read our house rules before booking.
The space
Centrally located, walking distance to beach, river, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Directly behind Norwood Treehouse Restaurant.
On site pool, laundry room and equipped with two beach cruiser bikes (first come first serve).
Sleeps 2.
No smoking in the condo.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire condo.
Each unit has one dedicated parking space.

3 night for holidays
Book for 28 nights or more and save 23%
When booking a month or more you are expected to replenish your essentials and do your laundry. The condo is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
