Perfect getaway

This home was perfect for a Mom and a few college kids who wanted a laid back Spring Break. The location was close enough to walk to the beach and the pool was very clean for lazier days. Management was extremely responsive to inquiries and made some great restaurant recommendations. Would stay again!

Great week in Naples. Location of this house is fantastic. Great neighborhood and easy walk to the beach! The management company was amazing. Very responsive and flexible. Would definitely rent again!

Basement nicely updated. However, new A/C in the closet next to the master bed, very noisey. 1st floor spotted carpet and doors with paint peeled off. 1st floor is completely dated. Pool is nice.

Location and home really met my needs.

This was a really nice location and the house and yard where well kept. The rental agency, LiveRight Vacations was very helpful and quickly responsive to any needs I had. I would definitely have no qualms about using them again. This rental was clean and everything was in good working order. The kitchen was very well stocked. It worked out really well with my dog too. There is an attached garage, which was super but there was no garage door opener and that would have been a really nice accessary. One other thing I really missed was a garbage disposal, this seems like it would be an easy addition. Overall, I would rent this house again and use this rental agency again. The month of Jan. was a bit too chilly, but pretty sure that had nothing to do with the house.
