Peaceful Place

We really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It’s near both Naples beaches and Marco Island beaches.

Overall, the property was in good shape. We liked the location and its accessibility to the Sam Snead Tavern. Walking the property was very enjoyable and it had a lot of options of trails you could take.

Family vacation

We had a great week staying at this location. Plenty of space for my son's family and my husband and I. Great location to Marco Island, Isle of Capri, Naples Zoo. We all enjoyed swimming at the pool and that the pool is just down the block. We had to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel, and propane for the grill.

Lovely villa and perfect location

Our stay at the villa was just great. It was clean and spacious, just as the pictures show. It was the perfect location for our 2 week stay and visits with friends. The pool is a few doors down and was just lovely. Shopping for groceries, restaurants, or just about anything you need is very convenient. It was a great choice for our first time to Lely.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was lovely, clean and quiet. The community pool was nearby and rarely occupied. Unfortunately, the TV subscription is Pluto which does not carry real time news or sporting events from the national stations. It is great if you are a movie watcher and not a sports buff. Otherwise, it was a perfect getaway

Lovely home but minor repairs and cleaning needed.

Property was overall lovely but needs some updating or repair and cleanliness.The garbage disposal was broken upon our arrival causing the dishwasher to back up into the kitchen sink. The inside strip on cabinet door to sink area was cracked, cauding it to be sharp. Laundry room was not particularly clean.

The lanai was filthy and had little furniture. There was a dead frog in it. There wasn't a key for the neighborhood pool bathroom. We had to have the garage door reprogrammed before we could use it. They had to come and spray for ants in the kitchen after we got there. The bed in the master bedroom was awful - a mattress and no springs. Towels and sheets were subpar for a rental. The "wine" left by the owner was Wine vinegar!!We have rented for seven years vrbo in Naples and have always been pleased, We have also rented in other cities vrbo and been happy with our places.The neighborhood was fine, but this particular rental was very subpar for a vrbo.

We enjoyed our one-week stay in this property. We had everything we needed and the owner was responsive. We would strongly suggest some type of info sheet with instructions on how to use certain items, such as the door entry system and the TVs. We spent much time trying to figure things out. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Garage is clean and easy to access. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, indoor and outdoor lighting. The lanai needs work -- doors repaired, cleaning and furniture -- but there is a table and chairs close to the unit suitable for an outdoor meal. All in all, this was a good value in a desirable area.

I loved everything about the golem from location to amenities. The home owner was so nice and professional. She call after our first to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was walking distance from the house and it was never crowded.

Driving in Lely it is well kept and the home is very pretty walking up to it We are very familiar with the golf courses and love Sam Sneads Tavern which we could walk to ! We didn't play these courses since they were very expensive but we found other options very close by ! Love the furniture and TVs Love the neutral colors It's warm , open , and inviting ! Very clean ! Very spacious Nice touches .. soap in bathrooms and air fresheners and cleaning supplies :) Kitchen is welcoming I love the decor and little succulents make it nice and 🏡 homey! Plenty of closer space and appreciate laundry baskets 🧺 The garage is nice with plenty of room ! The patio has tons of space and has comfy chairs The community pool is just a couple houses down and for the most part .. I usually had it to myself ! If you're thinking about renting this home you would love it !

Amazing Vacation Home!!!

This house was set up perfectly for our family and was very comfortable for 2 adults, 3 children. It has a very nice Florida feel to it with everything you need to make it feel like home. It is in pristine condition, with attention to every detail! We were amazed with the quality of the bedding, soft, plush and comfortable - very cozy after our long days in the sun! The home is exceptionally clean - and the kitchen is well stock with everything you would / could need and all dishes are in mint condition. The location is great for families with a great pool just steps outside the front door. It's a great location within Lely resorts and wonderful walking paths. The owners made themselves available although there was no need to reach out - except to say THANK YOU and to express how wonderful their home was! We would definitely stay again.
