A lot of love went into updating this charming duplex that's only a short distance from Vanderbilt Beach and walking distance to Mercato. This bright and sunny home is perfect for a vacation with the entire family – in-laws and pets included! The spacious one-level floor plan sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and one full bath. There are 2 premium Queen beds. Out front, there's plenty of space for two cars.

The kitchen and dining area look onto the private terrace and outdoor dining table where you can enjoy a happy hour or breakfast while taking in a breathe of “paradise”. You'll spend unforgettable afternoons in the covered lanai and outdoor sitting area. The yard is completely fenced in making it perfect for our “pet” families. Enjoy the custom fire pit while cooking on the grill and entertaining friends and family.

Take advantage of Naples' award-winning beaches. The white sands of Vanderbilt Beach Park are less than a mile away and offer snack concessions, watersports, and Cabana/lounger rentals. Or take the family for a picnic or some fishing and kayaking at the scenic Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The idyllic gulf-front park borders the protected Cocohatchee River Estuary, known for its prolific wildlife, including several bird species, dolphins, and manatees.

Nice duplex near Vanderbilt Beach

Great location, close to everything! Nice outdoor space with fire pit. Communication with property manager was excellent. Will definitely come back.

Naples Vacay to See Daughter

We were looking for a place that we could bring our two dogs with us while we came into town to watch our daughter play lacrosse for her school. Our pups loved the fenced back yard and my husband and I were able to work from the rental during the day and then go watch our daughter during the evening. The rental was perfect!

Very dog friendly

This was our first time travelling with our Labrador and we felt so welcomed. From the welcome dog treats to the cute doggie bowls it was great. The house had lots of room indoors and out. The neighbourhood was safe and easy to walk with our dog. A short 2 km walk to the beach ( no pets allowed) There is a great park nearby called Pelican Bay that has a nice walking trail as well as a beautiful tennis facility. The rental contact was easy to deal with through a simple text if we had any questions. We loved our time in Naples park.

Last minute Holiday stay in Naples, FL - Great Location

We had an issue with renting a house on another site. So we took a chance on this brand new listing. So glad we did - The Host's promptly answered all our questions and welcomed us to a great place to spend the last 2 weeks of 2021. This property is a close 2 min car ride or 10 min walk to Wholefoods as well as many other shops and restaurants at the Mercato Shops. One nice touch to this property is having the Google Dot in the living room as well as updated Smart Tv's. To go to the beach you will need to drive or make sure you rent bikes- We went to Delmore Wiggins state park beach each day. (pro tip go early) The outdoor porch is great for outdoor dining as well as the grill is perfect for grilling a fresh piece of local fish and saute shrimp in a pan right next to the grill without smelling up the duplex. Great Stay We can't wait to go back to Naples, FL Next year
